Many organisations are now measuring it rigorously, but when it comes to actually improving engagement, it can be difficult to know where to start. If you’ve already started, then it can be difficult to sustain momentum and identify the results your efforts are having. And, in a busy and demanding workplace, it’s ALL about the results!
